WHAT ARE THE SHIPPING FEES?

Flat rate standard shipping $5.99
Free shipping in the US for order over $50. 
We currently ship to the United States.

WHERE DO YOUR PRODUCTS SHIP FROM?

We ship from Texas to all the US states. Our products are in stock and we do not do drop ship.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP MY ORDER?

Orders are shipped within 1-2 business days from when the order is placed. We strive to get your package to you as soon as possible. Please contact us if you have any questions.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for your tracking to start working.

WHAT IS YOUR COUPON POLICY? 

  • Coupons are not valid on clearance or sales items. 
  • We will only accept one coupon code per order.
  • If you use a discount code of 31% or more, the items that the code covers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Shipping:

  • Flat rate standard shipping $5.99
  • Free shipping in the United States (US) for orders over $50.
  • We currently only ship within the US.
  • We reserve the right to combine purchases and ship together without refunding shipping charges.
  • Orders will be processed and shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. (excluding holidays). We strive to get your package to you as soon as possible.
  • Orders will ship either via US Postal Service (USPS) or UPS, depending on the weight.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a link to track your package. Please allow a few days for your tracking to start working.
  • Once the order is delivered to USPS or UPS, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing orders.
  • If your tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address, but you have not received your order, please contact the carrier directly to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.
  • To ensure prompt and successful delivery, please verify your address is correct prior to checking out. We are not responsible if a package is shipped back to us due to an incorrect or deliverable address.
  • If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at  2birdsboutique1@gmail.com  as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so.
  • If our shipping staff contacts you regarding an incorrect address and a reply is not received from the customer within 24 hours, the order will be cancelled and refunded.

Returns:

  • If you are not 100% happy with your order, please let us know. We want you to be happy with your purchase.
  • All returns must be received within 30 days of the purchase date. After that returns are not accepted.
  • All returns will be refunded to the original method of payment.
  • Credit will only be applied for the item, not for any shipping and handling charges.
  • All returned items must still have the ORIGINAL TAGS on them. Shoe boxes must be encased in another box for shipping to protect the items. If you send shoes back with stickers and return labels directly on the box, or if the shoe box is damaged, then we will not accept a return.
  • Returned merchandise must be UNWORN and UNWASHED. Items that appear worn, have stains, or smell of cigarette smoke, deodorant, pet hairs or odors, etc. will not be accepted. If an item has been worn once, it will not qualify for a return.
  • When making a return, please include the original invoice and any notes (written or via email) as to why it is being returned.
  • Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor / outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.
  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a shipping method that provides a tracking number for your reference.
  • Please email us at 2birdsboutique1@gmail.com and title your email "RETURN".  We will provide you with the return address to ship your returned merchandise.

 Exchanges:

  • Due to our limited quantities and high demand of our products, we are unable to offer exchanges on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed to the original method of payment.
  • We recommend purchasing the correct size of the desired item, and then shipping back the returned product so that you do not miss out on the item.

Non-returnable items include, but are not limited to:

  • All Clearance items and Final Sale, Undergarments, Jewelry, Scarves, Belts, Hair Accessories, hats, and caps CANNOT be returned.
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Digital downloads
  • Swimwear and intimates or personalized items
  • Beauty and grooming products
  • If you use a discount code of 31% or more, the items that the code covers are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned back to us.

    WHAT IF MY PRODUCT IS DAMAGED?

    Although we inspect each item we ship and package them with care, damages and defects may happen. If you find yourself in this situation, please contact us immediately at 2birdsboutique1@gmail.com with your name, phone number and order number, and a photos of the damage. We will have a look and let you know how we can fix it for you.

    IS MY PERSONAL INFORMATION SECURE?

    At 2 Birds Boutique your personal information and credit card details are encrypted during the payment process. Your payment info is only used for the transaction and is not stored.

    WHAT IF SOMETHING I WANT IS OUT OF STOCK?

    If an item is out of stock email us at 2birdsboutique1@gmail.com and note "Email When Available." We will notified you when the item is back in stock.
